Culture lovers will love a visit to the Atatürk Köşkü Müzesi. This mansion was designed in 1890 by an Italian architect and constructed for a Greek banker as their summer home. Later on, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk would stay here during the 1920s. In the 1980s, it was turned into an ethnography and archaeology museum which is well worth a visit.
